This place has the best dumplings in all of AZ and So Cal. My real favorite is the Liangpi and Beef Chow Fun. The hand make the dumplings and noodles and you canbtaste the ''wok hei'' in the beef chow fun. Don't miss the Seafood Xiao Long Bao.
Happy Boa is really good food. I had the chilli dumplings and The Sheng Boa Sampler. Both dishes taste wonderful. Place was super busy on a Sunday but the employees handle the crowd very well and it took no tine at all before we where eating.
Saw pics of their spicy beef noodle soup and I had to try it. The meat was so tender, broth so flavorful, and noodles so good. Spice was on point. One of the best beef noodle soup I've had. Their xiao long bao was also fantastic.
